Shipping Info:
For the best possible delivery, we ship through the U.S. Postal Service. We use Priority Mailers whenever possible which usually have a two to three day delivery time in the U.S. The above chart is to be used as a guideline only. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping. Items small enough to go into a regular envelope will be shipped First Class Mail with a minimum cost of $2.00.
International orders will be charged the actual shipping rate. Whenever possible, orders will be shipped via Priority Mail envelope which has a flat rate.
Payment Options:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your credit card will be billed for the amount of purchase, including tax (if applicable) plus shipping charges.
Sales Tax for Florida Residents Only:
The invoice generated will reflect a 7% Florida/Osceola County sales tax; we are required to collect tax on products and shipping costs.
Privacy Policy:
Lillie's Quilting Loft will not release any of your private information. This information is used for processing of orders only!
Merchant Policies:
There is a 1/2 yard minimum cut required. We cannot take returns on cut fabric, patterns, kits or books. Jelly rolls and charm packs may be returned only if packaging has not been opened and product has not been used. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If an item was sent to you in error, or fabric was cut incorrectly, please contact us via e-mail at lillies@lilliesquiltingloft.com stating the error immediately.
If the fabric has any manufacturer's defect, contact us and we will give you instructions on our return process for either replacement or credit.
All sales are final within 15 days of receipt. All authorized returns must be made in the same condition as received with the sales receipt included. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
All sales of items from our SALE category are final.
